Coccine Aluminium Premium is designed to reduce cold and moisture transfer from the ground and to keep the insole stable inside the shoe. It is especially suitable for autumn and winter footwear, where maintaining a balanced microclimate inside the shoe makes a noticeable difference.

Specification and performance

This is a multi-layer construction with an approximate thickness of 3.5 mm. The bottom layer is an anti-slip aluminium film with an adhesive layer, which helps prevent the insole from shifting during wear. Aluminium acts as a thermal barrier — by reflecting heat back into the shoe, it supports warmer comfort for the foot.

The middle layer made of PU foam provides resilience and light cushioning, while the top wool nonwoven layer enhances insulation and helps reduce the sensation of dampness. Full-surface quilting reinforces the structure and significantly improves durability in everyday use.

Step-by-step application

• Before first use, match the insole to your shoe shape (trim carefully with scissors if needed, using your original insole as a guide).
• Make sure the inside of the shoe is clean and dry — this improves the grip of the adhesive layer.
• Place the insole with the aluminium side facing down (towards the ground) to maximize thermal insulation.
• Press down across the entire surface, especially around the heel and midfoot, to ensure a stable fit while walking.
