In connection with the commercial cooperation between you and Maciejka Footwear limited liability company, general partnership (based in Gniezno, Strumykowa 7, postal code 62-200), hereinafter referred to as "Maciejka", we would like to inform you that:

PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS
Your personal data is processed by Maciejka:
- for the conclusion and performance of a contract or contracts between you and Maciejka - including proceedings related to a guarantee or warranty (the legal basis for this processing is Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR *),
- for the assessment of your solvency (the legal basis for this action is Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR and Maciejek's legitimate interest is to protect Maciejka against concluding contracts with insolvent contractors),
- for the performance of Maciejka's obligations under the accounting law (the legal basis for data processing for this purpose is Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR in connection with art. 74 of the Accounting Act **,
- for the implementation of Maciejka's marketing activities (the legal basis for this activity is Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR and Maciejek's legitimate interest is to promote his own products),
PROCESSING PERIOD
Your personal data will be processed:
for purposes no. 1 and 2, until all claims related to the contract that you concluded with Maciejka are time-barred (including the implementation of processes related to the guarantee or warranty);
in order No. 3 as long as the accounting regulations require keeping accounting records;
in order No. 4 until you declare that you do not want to receive marketing / commercial information from Maciejka.
RIGHTS:
Due to the processing of personal data by Maciejak, you have the following rights:
- the right to access your data and receive a copy of the data,
- the right to rectify data,
- the right to request the deletion of data,
- the right to limit data processing,
- the right to data portability,
- the right to object to the processing of personal data
Providing your personal data by you is voluntary, but failure to do so will prevent the conclusion and implementation of the contract.
